First this is Matt's dad Joe.We came to KFC today.We saw a 5 dollar fill up deal on the counter.I placed the order.Our Cashier was Kendra.I came back after discovering the meal deal didn't come with a biscuit or a cookie.She pulled up the mat off the counter and said that deal was no longer available.No apologies.Just a bunch of attitude. If you are going to treat customers like that you won't have any to worry about and be out of a job.
Food is good. But I wish you guys would greet your customers. I work in retail but for your cashier to not greet customers is rude. The fact all she said to me was "is this here or to go?" Like seriously would it kill your employee to greet your customers. This type of behavior would drive me away from your business.
Portions are so much smaller, more grease . Loved to go there as a child not as a adult.
Team was not well directed by management... The left hand didn't know what the right was doing...
My go to for quick good chicken. Would highly recommend.
