So my husband and kids and I stopped on our way through town... heading to a funeral in Michigan from Texas... store looks great food was fresh the cashier couldn't be more bored looking and sounding if she tried... no greeting nothing can I help you? Was all I got and had no product knowledge of the menu... not sure if she was new or not... but she's seems not to care either way... then after taking our order she walked around the dining room with a disgusting smelling rag wiping down the soda bar... never mind the at least 8 tables that are disgusting in the dining room and spilled drinks on table and floors.. major fall hazard... been a restaurant manager for 13 years and finally finished my degree and moved on in my career.... clearly this isn't the right job for her... not to mention the manager constantly yelling at everyone in front of customer... so glad we don't live around here... our chances of coming back are never regardless
Food good but still don't have exhaust fix so smoky can breath and clothes stink like grease when get home.
I went through the drive wayon 8-17-17 and got their Classic beef n cheddar, large size of mozzarella sticks, and large drink. (large meal) I heard the lady tell me a classic beef n cheddar with medium drink and medium curly. I said yes that is correct even though I know I should of said hey that is wrong but there was people behind me so I let it go. Other then that the place is nice and pretty fast service here.

Cleanest Arby's we have ever been to. Nice staff. Order was perfect even tho it was 9:15pm. We really liked the restaurant itself - a talented architect must have designed it.
