Absolutely otrocious!! I bought a Fitbit on November 26th for my mother online as a Christmas gift and was able to get a sale price. On Christmas Day, we opened it and it wouldn't charge. I took it back to the store to do a simple exchange to get the exact same item. I was told I would have to return it and repurchase the item and pay the current price on the item. I have never heard of such garbage. It's not my fault the company sent me a defective item. Then the idiot behind the counter decided it was appropriate to roll her eyes at me. I've paid off and cancelled my Kohl's card after being told such garbage. After getting a manager, I was able to finally exchange it and got a working item. But to be treated like that is totally unacceptable and I won't be making my weekly shopping trips to Kohl's any more.
My family visited this store two days after Christmas. The shelves were still stocked, but some sizes lacking. The fitting rooms were tidy, with an employee working them. Several registers were open, making our wait minimal. Each employee I encountered was cheerful.
Nice store, ample parking. Good sales. They have stupid carts though.
Kohls is really cool I go there almost every dynamic looking around at stuff there like the juniors cloths and women's shoes
The sales person was an amazing person, she helped me with my order, and I trusted her with my personal information. God bless her!
