JCPenney here in Defiance is always clean & not over stocked. It is so much easier to shop when items are not falling off racks and I have room to turn around. The employees are easily accessible and always helpful. I enjoy shopping at JCPenney's in Defiance.
I have always liked pennys, and I like to place orders online and have them delivered to the store if I dont get free shipping. When I order clothing it is literally there in 2-3 days most of the time, when I place orders for shampoo and conditioner, well this time it has been 12 days and counting, the guy today seem to be more caring/honest than previous employees but wow where is my stuff, almost $60 on 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner is obviously not just alot of money to me, but someone with sticky fingers, cause why cant someone see tracking infomation and KNOW exactly where it is at and when? I will just pay the extra $9 in the future cause it is still a good deal, I was just trying to save even more money but the frustration is just not worth and I need it, I think one week would be sufficient for delivery, hope I can save someone else the trouble I am experiencing.
