I went to Walmart and Meijer earlier this year for fish they lived for a few weeks and died because of ick. I ended up going here and getting about 8 fish. They were doing great for over a month. When I brought a new fish in that I didn't know was sick it got some of the others sick.. I still have 3 fish from 5 months ago that are alive and doing well! I also just bought a few more recently from here. They are always helpful and kind when I'm there and the tanks seem clean when I'm in the store.
Very friendly staff, need to watch the bird seed they have in stock at times it had bugs when we went to buy it. Have a nice selection or items to buy.
Took our dog to get bathed for 15 years in Parkersburg WV. Moved. Went to Defiance, Ohio expecting same service. Went in just now. Stood in there for three full chime lengths. Nobody. Done.
Jesus christ i have never seen such a horrable manager run a store like that. I happen to overhear a upset associate talking about their treatment by their manager. Smh. Good thing i dont work there. Id get fired.
