The staff was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms are kept clean and maintained. The eating area is kept semi clean. They messed up my order but once I told them they happily took it back and fixed it free of charge. The food came out hot too

Usually I will go to this taco bell after work since it is the only one in defiance and well I hope they open a different one because the staff at this one is awful. To start with they are rude and once while I was in the drive-threw the staff forgot to turn off their head set and i could hear them making fun of me. Then they will tell me that they don't have empanadas, each time i ask how long it takes to make i get different answers: 10 minutes, 16, 12, 18. This is a bit ridiculous.
Always fast, generally clean and hardly dissappoints! Staff is always friendly. My go to place after work!
