Service was awful. Got seated and took 10 min for a waitress to show up to take drink order. Salads came same time as pizza. Had to ask for plates to eat off of. Pizza was luke warm at best. Had to hunt waitress down for check. Took over an hour to finish entire experience.
Manager and staff member were not getting along. Didn't seem like a very family friendly environment tonight. They were arguing about their days off and being understaffed. Waitress was wonderful and very great while we seen her. Seemed very understaffed and stressed environment. I do not blame the workers for dealing with what they were left with. I am sure they were doing their best just to keep it afloat. Good food though
They don't have a full buffet because it lacks a salad bar. They give you a side salad but my kids like the other stuff on the salad bar, not the salad. Their saving grace was the pizza rotation that was always hot and delicious.
Poor customer service. There are many servers but not much service, we have waited for over 10 mins at times to pay our bill because our server wanted to ring us up though there were 2 other servers available. Seems to be a lack of organization/direction/management rather than staffing issues. Staff allows customers to pile buffet food into boxes, emptying the buffet, while others had just been seated and had to wait to eat. Food however when brought out hot was delicious.
Terrible service. Waited over twenty minutes before my family got up to leave. I had to asked for the manager after other servers completely ignored me. The dinning area was absolutely filthy. The manager shared with me that she would talk to the servers. This was some of the worst service I have ever experience. It was almost like we were invisible. If I had a choice I wouldn’t even give give it one star. Horrible!
