I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED STORE. Also, Some of the 5 star reviews on here are by employees of this store.

Katie and Clayton were very helpful! They quoted us on anything we wanted no matter how many times we changed our minds. They were both very kind and willing to work with us.
The AT&T store has a great customer service team. I have been in for services; ranging from new service, upgrades, replacements, and contract adjustments. Whenever I go in, I am greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly technician. They listen and access my problem; then offer the best choices available for my family. I look forward to returning to the Defiance, Ohio location as my needs change. The customer service team is wonderful and has saved me time and always has helpful ideas.
I came in here to buy a phone to use while Verizon fixed something for me. When buying I asked three times and was told I would for sure be able to use my IPhone 7+ that I was buying when I went back to Verizon. I came in on the 14th day to return it because Verizon rectified the mistake they made. They told me not to return the phone and to just pay it off because it would save me money. I paid the $850 phone off. I took it to Verizon and it will not work. I came to this store to make them fix their mistake and for 5 weeks now they keep telling me they haven't heard back yet and that they will let me know. Meanwhile they left me high and dry with no working phone and out $850. I've stopped in and emailed the manager Tiara and she is now not replying to me.
Very helpful and friendly staff! They go out of their way to make sure you get the phones/tablets you want even if they don't have it in stock. This store has amazing customer service. Every time I've gone in, I was greeted and helped in a timely manner. They even walk you out and hold open the door for you as you leave the store. Much better than the experiences I've had at other stores.
I always have an AMAZING experience at the AT&T store, busy or not. They are always great. Those reps go above and beyond. They really help my grandma with her bill and spent 2 hours helping her set up her phone, tell me where else you are going to get that service. I will never go anywhere else. Every rep that helps us is top notch. And as far as knowledge I trust them 100%
