Real good I broke a piece off a tooth and called to see when I could get in and they made an appt for the next day. There were quite a few ahead of me but they moved quickly and I only waited about 20 minutes - the hygienist was great and so was the dentist. I f/u with a filling on June 5 and then will schedule an extraction while I'm there. So glad aspen came to defiance.
They were very accommodating and considerate of my circumstance.
The staff was very friendly but everytime I had a question someone had to ask someone else. Also, I came to get a wisdom tooth removed and it was the worst experience. The Dentist Dr. Eggars was the most rude person and made me feel very comfortable. I wanted to leave. He was rude to his assistants and I just felt very bad for everyone who had to work with him. I do not think I will be returning to this location if I ever have to see him again.
Highly recommend the Defiance, OH Aspen dental branch and personnel.
I needed an exam for a transplant. I needed the form completed ASAP.
I was COMPLETELY happy with the treatment I got!! Dr. Damon was VERY gentle with me! NO pain after the extraction! The staff explained everything to me, to my satisfaction! I highly recommend!!
**update*** had to return to deal with financing account, 1. Don't ever do the financing 2. If you have done it already and need to transfer the account to another Aspen Dental, good luck. Biggest headache ever. I just paid cash and left. I will definitely never return to an Aspen dental location.
Went to get a permanent bridge reattached. 40 minute wait past my appt., x-rays had to be done twice due to incompetent tech with dirty , smelly smock, another 20 minute wait for dentist whose english was limited at best.
I never write reviews on businesses but I felt it necessary to write a review regarding my most resent visit to the Defiance OH branch.
And who basically told me she couldnt do the work. A total waste of 2 hours of my time. I left disgusted and would never go back.
Without an appointment they took me in gave me bite-wing x rays and the dentist did an exam.
